Assurdo posticipo della data italiana di Avatar

Bah… trovo assurdo che in tutto il mondo si attenda il 18 dicembre per l’ultimo lavoro di Cameron, ovvero ‘Avatar‘, mentre in Italia l’uscita è posticipata perché si sa che gli italiani al cinema preferiranno ‘Natale a Beverly Hills‘. E’ proprio il caso di dire: povera Italia! Se vi va condividete…

I want that you lucky americans know this little story. Not only in Italy we have a right-wing government led by a man called Berlusconi that owns newspapers and tv channels and that is trying to find a way through his troubles with justice.

We have another odd traditional thing in our country called “cinepanettoni” (sort of “xmas-cakes-movies”), and it means a specific kind of movies you can find in theaters during the Christmas time. Since late ’80s there are this comedy movies with well-known actors (Massimo Boldi, Jerry Calà, Christian De Sica…) and many sexy beauty girls. The plot is usually about families and single guys on vacations with similar screenplays and very lame storytelling, but with some ‘memorable’ quotes and (unexplainable) huge boxoffice success.

Well, the saddest part? That FOX ITALY… choose to DELAY AVATAR TO JANUARY 15. Yes, you read right. I was waiting for this 18 December WORLDWIDE release date as a kid waits for Santa Claus. But no, since italians are so dumb with their xmas movies tastes we’ll get Avatar one month later (and unfortunately I think we’re the only country in the world). I still can’t believe this. Please help us to become a ‘smarter’ theater audience! I am wondering if Cameron knows about this…
